We have one bedroom available, rent is $250 per month and it includes: wireless internet, cable, hot water, electricity. Laundry and other amenities will be disclosed with more details if you are interested. The room has its own bathroom; cable connection and wireless internet if you decide to bring your own TV or computer. The room is furnished with a single bed, a drawer/table/desk/, and a very spacious closet.

Our house is a corner property so it allows a lot of natural light and good ventilation, plus we have a spacious outdoor garden with a hammock perfect for studying or simply relaxing. We are located in a very safe residential neighborhood by Novacentro, we are within walking distance to stores, pharmacies, banks, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food (Mc Donald’s; Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Sushi, Local food) etc. The bus stop is very efficient (every 10 mins) and only a few feet away from the house, and it just takes 15 min. to get to San Jose Downtown; we are also very close to downtown San Pedro (University of Costa Rica ) Moravia and Tibas.

We have a VERY relaxed and friendly environment with great roommates :) We have a puppy that’s very friendly as well and he will be around only if we (I or my boyfriend) are in the house. We are looking for an honest, responsible; quite, clean roommate to share our place. Foreigners’ students, teachers or temporal workers are more than welcome.
