We have 3 rooms available in our beautiful home located in Sabanilla, San Pedro, a residential neighborhood, and only a 15 minute bus ride away to San Jose.
• Each room has a queen size bed, a desk and plenty of closet space.
• There is a shared-bathroom with hot water, and you can also use the laundry machine.
• You will also have your own kitchen, equipped with appliances, your own dining room, and common space with a cable tv.
• You will also be able to use the computer and Internet.
• Within walking distance you will find a big grocery store, small convenience stores, restaurants, a gym, pharmacy.
• In the blink of an eye you will be at the bus stop that brings you to San Jose!
• The University of Costa Rica has its sports arena within walking distance, and such is open to the public.
• We are strategically located close to the University of Costa Rica, Universidad Latina and Fidelitas. If you are coming to Costa Rica on a study abroad program, or to take Spanish lessons, this is the place for you!
